Abstract
 Depresi ringan banyak dialami oleh orang dewasa muda, terutama dalam hal ini adalah mahasiswa dimana mereka memiliki tuntutan peran dan tugas yang tidak mudah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh katarsis dalam menulis ekspresif sebagai intervensi depresi ringan pada mahasiswa. Sebagai partisipan penelitian adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Semarang. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah BDI (Beck Depression Inventory) untuk melihat tingkat depresi pada partisipan penelitian. Efektivitas atau pengaruh dari intervensi menulis ekspresif sebagai variabel bebas terhadap depresi sebagai variabel terikat dilihat dari perbedaan antara pretest (O1) dengan postest (O2). Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah correlated data t-test / paired-sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 84 mahasiswa yang terjaring sebagai subjek penelitian, 47 orang (55,95%) diantaranya mengalami depresi, dimana sebagia besar berada pada taraf depresi ringan. Hasil analisis statistik memperoleh hasil t hitung = 6,384 dan taraf signifikansi = 0,000. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tersebut menunjukkan hipotesis penelitian diterima, berarti katarsis dalam menulis ekspresif memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap depresi ringan pada mahasiswa.

Abstract
Based on study by Sumiani (in Rahmayana, 2012) visual message that students are very interested in a simple drawing, practical, and easy to understand. Nevertheless images favored by students not warrant increasing their academic achievement. However, ease of learning will be more attractive to them. Exciting learning will lead to motivation to learn, when students are motivated to learn the absorption towards learning will also increase. This study sought to prove the influence of illustrations on the ability to remember the story. The design of this research is study Randomized Two - Group Design, Posttest Only. This design uses the principle method of difference because this design makes the two conditions (treatment) is different in the two study groups. The design of measurement after (posttest) treatment delivery. The data was collected using the techniques of the test. The subjects were grade 3 students of SDN 01 Sisir, a number of 30 students. Subjects were asked to answer test questions, after getting a score and then performed the data analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis, the average value of the group illustration based  information is 12:33 while the average value of group illustrations based decoration is 10:27. It means that the illustration-based information more effectively improve the ability to recall the contents of the story than the illustration based decoration. Obtained by t-test equal variance not assumed value of 4,720 with a significance of 0.000 and a confidence value of 5% or 0.05 (p = 0.000 <0.05),. Accordingly it can be said conclusively that the use of illustrations to improve the ability to recall the contents of the story, where the illustration-based information has the ability to remember the story better than the illustration-based decoration. Based on these results, the following suggestions are: (1) For elementary school teachers, textbooks recommended for teacher and student worksheet (LKS) which contains a lot of pictures or illustrations based information, so students will be easier to learn and remember the lessons given . (2) For older people, can buy a book that has a picture or illustration, in which the image is an illustration or an illustration-based information. (3) For Researchers Furthermore, this study has the inherent limitations of the study designs are susceptible to all social interaction threats to internal validity. So that further research should be able to control the internal validity.

Abstract
 Academic self-efficacy is individual conviction to be up against academic duty assignment accords that expected. Academic self-efficacy motivated student for ductile and persistent in finalizing college task, up to aim, and settles $emerging interference (Bandura, 1997, p. 117). Positive thinking helps college student to face situations that evoke stress in study and makes college student to focus on the positive things. Therefore, positive thinking often used to determinant of high in academic self-efficacy, because it’s making college student focus successful possibility in academic while stress gristle situation (Kivimaki, et al, 2005, p. 413). Methodology: This research intent to test effect of positive thinking training to step up academic self-efficacy at college student. This research is done on 21 first year college student undergraduate, they have never been followed positive thinking training thinks before all, and they has academic self-efficacy low or moderate category. They agglomerated in two groups, which is experiment group and control group. Hypothesis that proposed in this research which is there is difference of academic self-efficacy at experiment and control groups. This research used Randomized Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Positive thinking training is given up to three meeting. Data collecting is done by use of observation method, interview, and academic self-efficacy scale for college student. Results: Hypothesis testing result by use of Independent Sample t-test yields value of p (0,000) < 0,05. It points out that there is significantly difference of academic self-efficacy score between experiment and control groups after treatment. Thus, positive thinking can be one of the ways to increase academic self-efficacy at college student. Conclusions: There is effect of positive thinking training to academic self-efficacy at first year college student at sychology faculty of Diponegoro University on Semarang.

Abstract
This research aims is to examine the influence of color on print advertising against consumers memory. The research design used is posttest only control group design. The collection of data in this study using memory test. Parametric analysis techniques were used to test the hypothesis is independent sample t test to test the difference between 50 subject in experimental group and 50 subject in control group. The result t-test analysis in the control group and experimental group shown the value p = 0,000 (p<0,01) which means that there are very significant differences in memory experimental group with control group of advertisements that have been presented. It mean that the rate of memory against the advertisements that have been presented at the experimental group was higher than control group. These results indicate that the hypothesis was accepted.

Abstract
 This study was trying to verify difference of brand recall student, evaluated from eksposure poster advertisement with cartoon character, compared by poster advertisement without cartoon character. The kind of media which used is poster commercial and cartoon character is SPONGEBOB. This research was conducted at student class 6 elementary school with quasy experiment method and two group design posttest only desain. The hypothetis test result of Independent Samples t-test show, t-test statistical value (smaller than) < 0,05. It’s mean Ho rejected and ha accepted or there are difference which signifikan value, between brand recall which eksposured poster advertisement with cartoon character, and eksposured poster advertisement without cartoon character. There are poster advertisement with the cartoon character get the higher brand recall than poster advertisement without cartoon character.
